Catwalk Make Up

Length: 2 Days

Fashion ShowOur 2 day Catwalk Make Up workshop is suitable for advanced students who are looking to learn and explore creative practices in make up. The course teaches you how to reference ideas and source ideas from books and objects. And how to translate reference and source ideas onto the face. Students will design creative catwalk looks suitable for trend led fashion designers such as Alexander McQueen, Dior and Vivienne Westwood.

The course will cover:

Lips Stencilling onto the face and body

Lips Utilising found objects such as gemstones/leaves/feathers etc to create designs for the face

Lips Creating drawings on the skin

Lips Blocking out eyebrows

Lips Making your own false eyelashes

Lips Changing lip shapes

Lips Working with body paints and pigments

All make up/skincare products are provided by The Session School, however, it is highly recommended that you bring your own professional brush and make up kit. We would also suggest you bring a sketch book.

Our courses are limited to 10 pupils per class to ensure students receive one on one attention.
